Easy Hook up!
The Gbox receiver does not depend on your computer. It does, however, depend on internet broadband connection in your home. Gbox gets its signal from an internet connection therefore still allowing you to have cable or satellite service. It does not replace your cable, it adds to it.
 

REQUIREMENTS -
You must have a broadband or DSL connection in your home. Dial-up internet service will not be sufficient for the Gbox signal. It is highly recommended that you have a wireless router so you can put Gbox anywhere in your home. Otherwise, you will need to run a ethernet cable to the Gbox receiver.
