The Legaleze (Ya gotta have it!): Rates shown are subject to availability. Some limitations apply. Package Rates include 11.5% transient occupancy tax. Rates may be higher than “standard” rates on holidays or during special events, or lower than “standard” rates during the Summer season.

DEPOSITS/CANCELLATIONS: All reservations will be confirmed with a one night deposit (sometimes more in cases of holidays and/or special events). Cancellations must be made 30 days in advance. When cancellations are made more than 30 days in advance, the entire deposit (less a $20 processing fee) will be refunded. The entire deposit is nonrefundable when cancellation is made less than 30 days in advance of the arrival date.
